We’ve used Emerge Design for lots of projects in the past but this was the first time that we’d used them for an online page turner. Following a meeting with the team to discuss our requirements we felt confident that Emerge would be able to deliver what we required.
Due to many parties being involved and feeding into this document, we explained that there could be lots of changes along the way, Emerge took this all on board and also made suggestions on approaches they felt could work for us and were very patient whilst we went through approvals our end.
Although this project took longer than first anticipated (due to delays our end) this was never a concern to Emerge, something that has been an issue with other agencies in the past. Overall we are very happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to use Emerge Design again, no job is a problem and the fast turnaround is always A+.

Autonomy Wealth was a start-up wealth management and employee benefits consultancy in April 2015. Starting with our logo, Emerge Design developed the visuals for our business with the design and build of our letterhead, corporate brochures and our website. They helped us develop different yet complimentary branding for our different divisions and branding to our workplace.
Emerge listened to the brief at the start and were very quick to grasp what was needed. They offered constructive ideas and we are delighted with the outcome. We have received very positive feedback from clients, prospects and other industry professionals.

Since the brand refresh we have seen growth across the whole of our business (in spite of the uncertainties around funding within the agricultural sector with our exit from the EU). Within the ex-farm supply chain, which is a key target area for us, we have seen growth of 9% over the last year. Their general approach is fantastic: they are clear on deadlines and always deliver. They are a great partner for us.
We are delighted with the logos and they work effectively in all contexts. The map is brilliant. The leaflets have been very well received and we are just starting to see the impact of their distribution. The welcome signs are fresh and clear in appearance. The ‘branding’ has met our needs perfectly. I was new to the whole process and the Emerge team worked positively with my ideas and guided me through with patience and professionalism.

New Chapters Fostercare began using Emerge to develop and design our website and more recently we have engaged them to also develop and design our marketing materials and ensure that there is consistency across all our mediums (website, Facebook, hard copy materials etc). When we first started using Emerge they were instrumental is designing our 5 point star logo, which we know from feedback is already well recognised in our target area. Emerge has worked very closely with our agency to ensure they understood our function, ethos and marketing needs. Emerge helped us develop our recent “Meet the New Chapters family” advertising and recruitment materials and we are already beginning to see the value of these through the interest shown by people interested in becoming foster carers with our agency.
The quality of the work was first class in creating the two sub-brands for us to develop interest from both inward investors into commercial properties and food shoppers into the market and beyond. Given that we had no budgets for ancillary publicity running alongside, we have been amazed by the results and the ‘perception of quality’ and ‘changed pre conceptions’ that have been achieved by these two schemes.
Dealing with the skilled designers and technicians was a joy – at no time was I made to feel that ‘this is free work’ and the attention from the Team is limited. I cannot recommend this company highly enough – their talent and spirit is beyond compare and their determination to secure the ‘right’ result for their clients is impressive. The quality of the design work has enabled us to begin to attract new investment and to raise the perception of what is a ‘struggling’ town centre and attract new visit numbers into the town centre.
Our enthusiasm for the cause is not enough to convince people to ‘look again’ at this town centre – but with the quality and communication skills provided by Emerge we are bringing new opportunities for growth into the town of Wellington.
Emerge Design has kept our material fresh and contemporary while applying a common design approach across all printed and electronic communications. Work is delivered on time and on budget. I would recommend the company to prospective clients.
The work they have provided to us has been of a high standard and always met deadlines. More recently, working on a new website, I feel a very collaborative approach has been taken and Emerge are always happy to listen to our ideas be it via the phone or in person, and implement them.
The small team of designers at Emerge ensures we have been able to form close relationship with designers who know and understand our requirements and expectations.
Since working with Emerge the school has changed its focus and we now actively seek to attract families who may previously have been put off by our ‘stuffy traditional’ appearance. Research we did identified that even those living close to the school did not understand that we are a state school open to all. Emerge helped us refresh our advertising to help change perceptions of the school and reach out to lower income families who may not previously have engaged with us. Alongside other work that we have done this has been effective in encouraging people from a wider range of backgrounds to apply to the school.
